Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into effect as of July 10, 2026, by and between Alex Studio London Ltd ("Disclosing Party"), and [Receiving Party Entity] ("Receiving Party").

Evaluation of proprietary database systems and cloud layout engineering frameworks.

2. Confidential Information

Confidential Information refers to any proprietary data, technical specifications, source arrays, or strategic roadmap plans disclosed by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party, marked or reasonably understood to be corporate collateral assets.

3. Protection Parameters

The Receiving Party agrees to maintain strict operational containment parameters and safeguard the data matrix with the highest degree of localized security protocol management.
